Woman's Club of Powhatan

Over 35 years of service to our community

Welcome to the Woman's Club of Powhatan

We are members of the General Federation of Women's Clubs (GFWC) one of the world’s largest and oldest women’s volunteer service organizations. Its mission statement is: "The General Federation of Women’s Clubs is an international women’s organization dedicated to community improvement by enhancing the lives of others through volunteer service."  GFWC headquarters in Washington D.C. is a National Historic Landmark.

We support many charities and organizations both locally and on an international level. More information is available on the What We Do page.
